Give your outreach
a better starting point.
You know the service you offer. I help identify the businesses it could suit, so you can spend less time building lists and more time following up with relevant people.
01 / FIND
Prospects that match your brief.
Research built around your offer, your target market and the kind of work you want more of.
- Agreed industries and locations
- Business size and other useful criteria
- Exclusions for existing clients and previous contacts
02 / UNDERSTAND
A reason to contact each one.
Useful context alongside the contact details, so the first message has a purpose.
- What the business does
- Why it appears relevant to your offer
- Public source links and research notes
03 / APPROACH
Start with a relevant message.
Optional outreach drafts that connect your service to the prospect’s business.
- A suggested conversation starter
- Personalised first-email drafts
- A simple sheet for tracking your follow-up
What lands in your inbox
A shortlist you
can actually use.
A clear spreadsheet with the agreed information for each prospect. Sources and research dates help you see where the details came from, while uncertainties are flagged rather than filled with guesses.
Public business emails are included where available. If a business uses a contact form instead, that route is recorded.
Discuss your first research batchA researched prospect is a potential fit, not an opted-in enquiry or a guaranteed customer. Public contact details do not establish consent to marketing.
Inside your prospect list

Make the brief count.

02 / AGREESet the scope.
We agree the criteria, batch size, fields, price and delivery timing before research begins.
03 / RESEARCHBuild the shortlist.
I research the businesses and their public contact routes, documenting the fit and flagging gaps.
04 / REFINELearn from the response.
You review the list and handle outreach. Your feedback helps sharpen the next batch.
Straight answers
Know what you’re buying.
Are these leads ready to buy?
Not necessarily. This service identifies businesses that match agreed criteria. They have not necessarily expressed interest or asked to be contacted. Sales qualification happens through your conversations with them.
Do you guarantee replies, appointments or sales?
No. The service is research and outreach preparation. Results depend on your offer, pricing, timing and follow-up, as well as whether a prospect has a current need.
How do you charge?
We agree a price for a defined research batch or recurring research scope. The quote depends on how specialised the search is, the information required and whether outreach drafts are included.
What if a prospect doesn’t meet the brief?
We agree the acceptance criteria and how mismatches will be handled before starting. A business failing to reply is different from a business that does not meet the agreed criteria.
Will you send emails for me?
The standard service provides the research and, where agreed, draft messages for you to review and send. Sending campaigns or booking appointments is not included in this offer.
Which businesses is this useful for?
Businesses selling services to other businesses can give us a clear starting point: consultants, agencies, training providers and specialist suppliers, for example. We’ll assess your target market before agreeing a research project.
Can you help improve what prospects see when they look us up?
Yes. Bullroarer Media also offers website design and refreshes and video editing, helping you present your business clearly.
